Returns & Refunds

At StellaVento, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Final sale items marked "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned
  • Personalized or altered items are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your StellaVento account
  2. Navigate to "My Orders" and select the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Complete the return request form
  4. Print the prepaid return label and attach it to your package
  5. Ship your return within 7 days of approval

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • International customers: customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges for most items. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Indicate "Exchange" and your preferred size in the return request
  3. We will ship the new item once we receive your return

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
